We want you to be confident in what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.

OneTrick apparel is decorated after you order. Made-to-order does not make our standard designs final sale. Eligible unworn items may still be returned or exchanged under the terms below.

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, production may have started and we cannot guarantee cancellation. If an order has already shipped, our standard return policy applies.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached.

Email support@onetrick.faith with your order number, the item(s), and whether you are requesting a return or exchange. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange eligible items subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another available item or receive a refund. We will confirm any replacement shipping cost before you proceed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue. Approved replacements or refunds for our error are provided at no cost to you.

Worn, washed, altered, or damaged-after-delivery items are not eligible. Items clearly marked final sale, gift cards, and donations are also non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by law.

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Use a trackable service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
