These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of onetrick.faith (the “Site”), operated by AntBeGames LLC (“OneTrick,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We strive to display our products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, and to change or discontinue products, prices, and availability at any time without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

OneTrick apparel is decorated after you order. Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase and are not guaranteed after production begins. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping charges and estimated taxes are shown during Shopify-hosted checkout. Final tax and shipping depend on the delivery address and options selected.

Donations made through the Site are voluntary gifts to support OneTrick and AntBeGames LLC. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, donations are not tax-deductible and are non-refundable.

All content on the Site, including designs, logos, artwork, text, and the OneTrick brand, is owned by or licensed to AntBeGames LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

We may hold an order before production or fulfillment while reviewing payment risk, address mismatches, unusual quantities, repeated payment attempts, or suspected fraud. We may request reasonable verification or cancel and refund an order when risk cannot be resolved. Do not send payment card numbers or identity documents by email unless we provide a secure method and specifically request them.

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntBeGames LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
